Authorities are accelerating two 220 kV transmission lines — Tuong Duong–Do Luong and Do Luong–Nam Cam - to enable electricity imports from Laos. The construction of the power lines is expected to be completed in November.
2.LONG PHU THERMAL PLANT TO POWER NATIONAL GRID -- VIETNAMPLUS
The Long Phu 1 Thermal Power Plant project will be completed and commissioned in 2027. Once completed, the plant with 1,200 MW capacity will contribute seven billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually to the national grid.
