CAMBODIA

1. MANET THANK CHINA, MALAYSIA, US FOR BORDER TRUCE -- FRESH NEWS

Prime Minister Hun Manet on Monday thanked the United States President Donald Trump, Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and China, for ending the armed conflict between Cambodia and Thailand, and monitoring the border security. 

 

2. MORE TRADE FROM UK PRIVATE SECTOR -- AGENCE KAMPUCHEA PRESSE 

The United Kingdom will further strengthen trade relations with Cambodia and support its sustainable development. Both countries will focus on the UK–Cambodia Joint Trade and Investment Forum to encourage private-sector engagement.

It was a miracle escape for a four-year old girl who fell from the eighth floor of a building in Yangon. The girl trapped between two buildings was rescued by the Myanmar Fire Brigade and suffered minor injuries.

 

2. ART EXHIBITION TO SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH -- THE GLOBAL NEW LIGHT OF MYANMAR 

The Anawrahta Art Gallery is holding an art exhibition “Healing in Colour” at the Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon until November 15 to raise funds to support mental health programmes. The exhibition will showcase  25 paintings.
