It said that Costa will attend the opening ceremony of the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits, as well as the Plenary Session of the 47th ASEAN Summit on Oct 26, where he will deliver his remarks on ‘The Future Direction of ASEAN-EU Dialogue Relations’.

On the same day, Anwar and Costa are expected to hold a bilateral meeting, during which discussions will focus on strengthening Malaysia-EU ties and ASEAN-EU dialogue relations, as well as regional and international issues.

Costa will also attend a gala dinner hosted by Anwar and his wife Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
