MYANMAR

1.RUBBER EXPORTS REACH 150,000 METRIC TONNES -- THE GLOBAL NEW LIGHT OF MYANMAR 

Myanmar shipped almost 150,000 metric tonnes of rubber in the past eight months. It has a production capacity of over 300,000 tonnes.  About 80 per cent of rubber is exported.

 

2.GUIDELINES TO PROTECT GOLD BUYERS -- THE GLOBAL NEW LIGHT OF MYANMAR 

The Yangon Region Precious Metal (Gold) Dealers Association announced strict guidelines for gold shop owners, gold refining businesses and goldsmiths. The new rules are to protect consumers and prevent market manipulation.

2.TYPHOON KOTO INFLICTS DAMAGES ON MARINE FARMS -- VIETNAM NEWS 

Typhoon Koto, which lashed parts of Vietnam, has left one person dead and three others are missing. Fish cages and aquaculture pens were damaged in Lam Dong province, located in the south of the Central Highlands.
